How do I change my meals?
Select Manage my Meals on the navigation bar, from here you can tell us what meals you would like to receive for the upcoming week. Also you can pause or cancel your subscription from here.
How do I pause my delivery if I will be out of town?
Log into your account and click manage subscription, then click manage, upcoming orders, then select the week you would like to skip the delivery.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log into your account & click manage subscription, manage, then cancel order.
How do I heat my meals?
Meals are already cooked and conveniently packaged in microwave-safe containers, all you need to do is heat and eat. To heat meals in the microwave, remove the lid and heat for 60-90 seconds (may vary depending on your microwave.) For Muscle Building meals heat 90-120 seconds. (Quesadillas 30-45 seconds)
Where do I store my meals?
Meals are best stored in a refrigerator.
What is the shelf life of a meal?
Our meals are delivered fresh straight to you. They will stay fresh for 7 days in your refrigerator. 3 weeks if frozen.
When will my meals be delivered?
Your meals will be delivered fresh in an insulated cooler bag each week on Tuesday or Thursday between 5 - 9 pm.
When is the order cut off?
Our order cut off is each week on Tuesday at 11:59 pm.
Can I pick up my meals?
Yes, we have a free pick up option at our Riverside location. Pick up is each week on Tuesday's between 5 - 6:30pm. Address: 7505 Jurupa Ave. Riverside CA 92504 Suite B. If you have any questions please call or text us at 951 961-4813.
