I just started this meal prep this week with this company and I absolutely love their meals. The cost for a week dinner meals is the same for a single person buying groceries. Affordable and tasty. I'm glad I found this place and look forward to continue eating healthy meals through them.

Disregard my goofy name :). This is a great business. My diet has been poor for years and I have wasted money on crappy food. If you truly calculate it, this service is not THAT much more than your daily fast food expense. I’ve been trying this company for a few months and feel better inflammation wise and brain fog wise. Obviously whole foods vs processed foods makes a difference.

I really love this company. They are responsive and have an impressive work ethic. I was fortunate enough to work with Grace Liang. She is warm, friendly, intelligent, and flexible - yet she has high expectations from her students. She understands the exam and provides clear, logical explanations for determining how to answer questions correctly. Unfortunately, my schedule interrupted our training. As soon as I am able, I look forward to working with her again!

My first order was for 5 meals. Honey sriracha turkey meatballs, eggs with pumpkin pancakes, teriyaki chicken, turkey chili and the teriyaki salmon. Everything is simply prepared with wonderful seasoning and the portions are very filling. The packaging is simple as well. It’s freshly delivered in a reusable bag with reusable ice that is exchanged with your next order. The best thing is that it’s fresh from locals in Riverside County and nothing is frozen.

This is my second week with Prep Success Meals and let me tell you, I'm in love. I'm a big guy and I was unsure how the food would taste and what the portion sizes would be, I gotta say the food tastes great and it's actually a decent size. I'm left full every time. I especially like the variety they offer too. Having a different meals every day is really nice. So what I'm saying is, If you want to try somewhere that does fresh, healthy and great tasting food, as well as great customer service, This is the spot. Side note-My favorites are the Sriracha Turkey Meatballs and Cheesy Turkey Pasta :)

I started Prep Success a couple years ago after I had my daughter for the convenience of not having to cook during a really hectic time. The meals are so satisfying like comfort foods. My favorite is the cheeseburger bowl. I also enjoy working out and these meals have never held me back in the gym. Anytime I needed an adjustment, the owner always responded quickly and worked with me. Highly recommend!

Prep Success food taste delicious. I love that they cook with healthy oils, their portions a bigger than most, and the food taste good. My favorite meal is the turkey meatball with mash potatoes. Their service helps my husband and I stay on track while living a busy life. The macros and calories are great as well. I have recommended Prep Success to my friends & clients.

My husband and I love Prepsuccessmeals! They are so tasty and are the perfect amount of food. We get the 10 meal plan weekly and they are always delivered on time. We like the flexibility of skipping a week if we are out of town. We've been customers since 2018 and are very happy with the service. We have never had an issue. Highly recommended!

Two thumbs up for the meals from Prep Success. I have been looking for a healthy alternative to the frozen meals that as a busy family we sometimes need to have and stumbled across Prep Success. Every meal we have tried is delicious, their customer service is amazing, and this is providing a healthy alternative that I feel good about. Definitely worth the money!

I just purchased my first prep meals this week and let me say I'm not disappointed! They are delicious, very filling, great quality, and the price is perfect. They also gave 3 free cookies with my order which were the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever had! Can't wait to order my next meals hopefully there's more cookies as well lol.

Like everyone said, the service is top notch. They really listen to their customers and did everything I asked them to do. The meals also change periodically so you aren't stuck with the same meals. Overall, super healthy food and it tastes pretty good. I usually get the 7 meal plan and it usually lasts me for the week. Pretty good food to have especially after a workout. Highly recommend.

We definitely recommend Prep Success Meals to anyone trying to eat healthy! First off I want to say Matt has been such a great help with allllllll my questions. We are extremely happy with the high quality and taste of these healthy meals.

I had to do something to start losing weight seriously. I decided to do Prep success meals and it’s really helping with my portion control and the meals are really good!! First week down 2 Lbs! Love not having to think about what I’m having or think about what to make. Plus I’m super hungry when I come home so it’s so easy to heat up a Prep Success meal and pair it with a salad. It’s also easy to take for lunch at work. I’m excited to try different meals but so far have liked the ones I have eaten this first week!

I cannot say enough about how awesome this food is! I've tried other places and despite trying to eat healthy, i would lose interest in eating my meals and would let them go to waste. I'm also a very picky eater so it's hard to please my palette. These meals are gourmet! I even love the cauliflower rice and brussel sprouts! These cooks are making miracles over here! I haven't tried anything that I didn't love. The portions are generous and they flavor up that chicken so well that even my kids who don't care for chicken want it. I'm so happy that I found you guys!

I have been a client for years, the food is excellent and the service beyond fantastic. Having the meals for lunch is so convenient, healthy and assists greatly in maintaining a healthy weight. I would strongly recommend for anyone who needs a tasty, healthy meal at your fingertips. When my 91 year old mother would visit she loved the meals and would eat them while I was at work. Matt and his staff are the best.
